Leadership is about having a clear and compelling vision for the future, and then making sure it happens. Our elected leaders should be working as a team, but theyre not. They grandstand more than they cooperate. We think the future of Hamilton is too big for the leaders we have now. Its time for some new thinking from new leaders.
